Setting up an account

1) Setting up an Email account
Click at the "Setup Account" button at the left upper corner of the E-mail screen.

Click at the "Email account" button to enter the email account setting screen

Enter an account name and all date needed for the SMTP and POP3 fields.
** Contact your E-mail provider if you don't know the right SMTP and POP3 data.
Click the "Save settings" button to store the E-mail account settings.
Your account is now defined


2) To accept emails your e-mail address must be approved. This is done to avoid spam
Click the "Filter Settings" button to enter the Filter Settings screen.

Click on the tab "Blocked" to enter the addresses screen.

Click on the tab "To Address" to enter the To Address tab.

Enter in the "Domain" field the domain (the part after the @ sign) of you email address. e.g. "hotmail.com"
Click the "+" button to store this data.

Enter your E-mail name (the part before the @ sign) in the "Address" field. e.g. "John".
Click the "+ " button to store this data.

You're email address is now approved More email address can be approved

3) Delete the files from the mail server
Click then "File Handling" button to enter the File Handling screen.

Check the checkbox if you want de email deleted from the server after downloading.
** if you do not delete the mails from the server you will download the same mail more than once **
Save the settings by clicking the "Save settings" button.
Your file handling is set now.

4) Auto retrieve and Auto send
Click the "Auto Retrieve" button to enter the Auto retrieve / send screen.

Check the boxes and time you desire.
Save the settings by clicking the "Save settings" button.

Your auto retrieve / send is set now.

5) Colors
Click the "Color settings" button to enter the Color Settings screen.

Select the colors you like to personalize your views.
Click the "Save" button to save toy color settings

Your color have been set now

6) Attachments
Click then "Attachements" button to enter the Attachment settings screen.
<The Attachment screen opens>
Enter in the "Attachment Folder" field the directory and folder where you want the attachments to be stored.
Click on the "Save settings" button to save the settings

Your Attachment folder is now defined.
