1) Start the BPO Database Manager
Click the BPO Database manager icon to start the BPO Database Manager tool.
<The BPO Database Managers tool appears on the screen>
You can now start working with the BPO Database Manager tool.
2) Create a new database
Click the "Create new Database"
button  to create a new database.
<A list of tables created appears in the "Successful" field. Tables not created successfully are displayed in the "Faulty" field. The overhaul status is displayed in the "Overview" field.">
** Before the tool creates a new database it checks for existing BPO database(s). If they exists it makes an backup of it before creating a new database. The BPO database name is fixed to BPO.GDB and is located at C:\ for the BPO stand alone systems. For the BPO network systems the location is free but the path must be set in the ini file located at "C:\Program Files\BPO\BPO xxx NW.ini".
Wait till the message "Database created successfully"
appears in the "Overview" field.
The database is now ready for use.
